We hereby announce the date and time of Vectum's Annual General Members Assembly:

Place: SBE Aula

This is your chance to hear from each member of the board what we have achieved throughout the year. We will talk you through the financial position, what activities we organised, our liaisons with companies, and different aspects of our public relations. Afterwards, the proposed board of 2023 - 2024 will be introduced and installed.

We would like to inform you that the semi-annual reports and the financial statements will be made available for inspection on the day of the GMA. We will communicate the exact room and time soon. All members have the right to vote on any issues regarding the association. Therefore, should you not be able to attend the meeting, you may nominate a person to cast your vote. Please inform us about that in advance by sending an e-mail to secretary@vectum-maastricht.nl.

After the assembly, we would like to celebrate with you with some drinks at the Preuverij! 🎉
