Make sure you have the following ingredients, feel free to modify the filling to your liking:
Basis:
Nori (seaweed sheets)
Sushi rice (you can not use other types)
Rice vinegar
Salt
Filling:
Mini carrots
Cucumber
Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
Tofu strips
Soya sauce
Tools:
Bamboo rolling mat
Pan
BEFORE THE WORKSHOP, make sure to have your rice prepared. Put 250 grams of rice in a pot and add 330 ml of cold water. Cook for 10 minutes and let rest for 15 minutes while not removing the lid. Heat 5 tablespoons of rice vinegar with 1 teaspoon of salt in a pan until warm and mix in with the rice. Let the rice reach room temperature and cover to make sure the rice does not dry out.
